NEW Account diabled. Help.

Recently(aroudn 15 days ago) my account in camwhores has been disabled. When I logged in, it says to contact support to solve the problem. I have mostly of my video collections over years in that account. When I contact support, there is no reply. I sent mail multiple times. Please help. I can't lose my account.
