NEW Can't change my profile pic

This has been happening for a week or 2. I found this new image that would make for a good pfp but when I tried to change it it removed my old one but it didn't replace it, leaving nothing but the name of my account in text (leftytheman). The image is more that 180 x 180, and its a jpg file which I don't know if that changes things. Has this happened to anyone else? I would like some help with this please and thank you.

I uploaded a new photo. It is also saved. When I try to retrieve it I get the error message: 400 Bad request
