Lost my account data

Hi,
I have it a problem with my computer and i lost my data access to my account, the problem is not the password its the e-mail, i cant remember the e-mail i use to create the account.
The account is this one:

If you want some evidence, the password is a youtube link, wich one i lost and i cant remember the video.
I have some message echange with Hiiidenz about a user called Qpyxxx who asked my account info to access Hiiidenz content...
Hope you can help me :D
