На днях мне прислали занимательное голосовое от владельца студии. Я написала сразу ей, знакомимся Наталья - владелица ноу ню студии. В процессе разговора с ней удалось только выяснить что её оунерский опыт 10 лет, хотя ей 27 лет, нуууу лаааадно . Я начала узнавать информацию от различных моделей этой студии .
С моделями заключают договор аренды помещения, отсюда от меня следует вопрос: почему тогда правила как на студии, если модели арендаторы?)
Так же если модель увольняется, уходит она только по подписке о не разглашении. Но что-то в этой четкой юридической системе не сработало и разгласили получается. Хочу обратить внимание моделей подбирающих студию: оунер заключает договор аренды для того чтобы обезопасить себя от полиции и в случае их прихода студия такая: «ничего не знаю, сорре, это всё тупые девки». С чего же начался этот барадак.
Некой модели не выплатили зарплату, из-за не отработки 2 недель (мы ж по ТК РФ работаем, правильно? И по этому же ТК РФ модели не позволялось уходить в отпуск через полгода, а только через отработанный год). Далее выяснилось что нескольких моделей ожидала такая судьба.
Так вот, модель начала блефовать студии что пойдёт в полицию, на что студия начала угрожать сливом модели. Санта-бебра не иначе. Пыталась начать разговаривать с обеими сторонами для выяснения обстоятельств и возвращения денежных средств, но Наталья почистила переписки, скринов нет, всё ушло в закат.
Позже вскрылись четкие правила студии. Не пишешь аффирмации или их не достаточно в волшебной тетради, плати 1000₽. Так же были случаи что модель за опоздание на 3-9 минут штрафовали на 1000-2000₽. Опаздывание так же засчитывается если админ долго открывал тебе дверь .
На студии запрещено есть фаст фуд, потому что Наталья сидит на пп и заботится о вашей фигурке, вы ведь её об этом просили. В туалет вас выпускают 2 раза за 8 часовую смену.
Обязательно нужно было пробыть в онлайне 7 часов 20 минут, не важно никому если приват на другом сайте, задерживайтесь и отсиживайте время.
Если на кухне не убрано, штрафуют всех кто на смене. Конечно на студии обручают английскому, но модели отметили, что это чуть ли не алфавит: низкий level.
Ещё оунерша владеет определенным навыком удаления переписок, но она не в курсе что если в телеграме пересылать сообщения, то при удалении они сохраняются у человека которому их отправили.
Не знаю зачем Наташа угрожала модели сливом фото и видео приватов на ноу ню студии, это конечно занимательно, ведь модель не делала ничего.
Ещё грустен тот факт, что являясь оунершой, она считает что вебкам модель - это клеймо. В конечном итоге на Studio Lucky у вас минус время и деньги, плюсом вы получите порцию угроз и будете зашуганы. Ставим этой студии 1/10, за интерьеры и технику, я сегодня щедрая
