Девочки, крч очередной студийный пиздец, рассказываю. В городе Пермь существует маленькая студия квартирник под названием “No name” (это не прикол). Там парочка молодых торчей оунеров решили мутить студию. И все бы ничего, ведь выбор каждого быть конченым мы уважаем, но модели приходя на смену видели объебанного админа, тумбочки в порошке и зеркала с трубочками. Мне пожаловалось на эту студию много людей, хотя действующих моделей там не так много. Одни говорили что их заставляли ебаться с кем-то для поднятия актива комнаты. Другие, что им не выплатили зп. Так как зп после ярого нашего конфликта они вернули, боясь за распространение информации о студии, я все равно опубликую все что знаю, ибо такой бизнес не должен существовать. Когда ребята решили уйти работать на дом, им начали угрожать и наняли «крышу» (каких-то школьников за 500₽ лол). И угрожали баном аккаунтов когда всё всплыло, мальчишки играют в грязный бизнес .
Так же на студии часто находятся левые люди. И ещё модели платят комиссию. Поняли? Ну это когда с платежек выводишь, там ж комиссия есть, вот они её с моделями 50/50 делят и в итоге модели получают где-то 46% от заработка, типа это не в 50% студийные идёт, нет, сама плати.
Another studio fucked up, I'm telling you. In the city of Perm, there is a small apartment studio called “No name” (this is not a joke). There, a couple of young sticky owners decided to open the studio.
And everything would be fine, because we respect the choice of everyone, but the models coming to shifts saw a fucked-up admin, bedside tables in powder and mirrors with tubes.
A lot of people complained to me about this studio, although there are not so many active models there. Some said that they were forced to fuck with someone to raise the activity of the stream.
Others that they were not paid salaries. Since they returned the salary after our ardent conflict, fearing for the dissemination of information about the studio, I will still publish everything I know, because such a business should not exist.
When the guys decided to leave to work at home, they began to threaten them and hired a “roof” (some schoolchildren for 500 rubles lol). And they threatened to ban accounts ,the boys are playing dirty business.
Also models pay a commission. When you withdraw from payments, there is a fee, so they share it with models 50/50, and as a result, the models receive somewhere around 46% of their earnings, like this is not 50% studio goes, no, pay yourself.
