IMPORTANT Password reset

My account username is MerlinAldrin. I forgot my password. After resetting the password, no mail is received in my inbox. Checked in spam folder too. Kindly help me
I used to have an account on the camwhores site for over 5 years and one day all of a sudden my password was denied. Still not sure why i couldn't find an answer
After a few months of being pissed off i decided to create a new account and start uploading from scratch, however all of the videos that i uploaded so far (over 40) are in the "processing" status and have been for around a week.
Anything i can do to fix this?

A new password has been sent to your email for your old account. ( if you don't remember your email, we can not assist you)
If you could log in to your old account, let us know so we can merge your accounts.
Newly uploaded videos will have "processing" status for about a week or two. ( It's totally normal due to the busy processing queue)

Sadly i was not able to find any email on any of my mail accounts. I fully understand your point of view, can i just ask if there is a reason why my password was resetted all of a sudden? I never requested such thing.
Lastly, a real long shot but is there any way to restore the old password that existed before this sudden change? or any way to have more info about the email address (one question would be, is it a real valid domain or did i use random characters like an idiot?)
