Студия Versal. Город Санкт-Петербург.
Это была моя первая студия. Я ни разу не была в сфере, ничего не понимала, вопросов было много.
Персонал: обиженные жизнью девушки которые всегда хамили и считали себя лучше остальных. Могли заставлять долго ждать пока ответят тебе на вопрос, потом кричали что ты отнимаешь много времени. Задаешь вопросы, тебе говорят: «А ты не знаешь что ли?»
Зарплата. Тогда курс доллара был около 65, зп выдавали по 60, иногда меньше. Выдавали в конверте без всех копеек. То есть, заработала 3800, получила 3000, заработала 4100, получила 4000. Эти "копейки" шли в следующую зп, в этом и был обман, эти деньги не отдавали вообще. Говорят что ты плохо считаешь зп, а не админы. Зп выдают не охотно, заставляют долго ждать, из-за чего хочется психануть и уехать домой. Если не успел получить зп в день выдачи, получишь только в следующий период.
Организация работы. Всем плевать на тебя. Говоришь плохо получается, заставляют раздеваться в бесплатном чате, хотя я это не делаю. На все отвечают "раздевайся". Работала в пвт за 6 токенов, они не повышали стоимость и сначала я не знала что так можно, мне это не объяснили. Когда лазила по настройкам и увидела, попросила поставить приват больше, мне отказали. Потом начались сливы, ибо меня заставляли раздеваться обязательно. Про сами сливы ничего не говорили, только сказали удалить соц. сети, на этом все.
Интерьер и атмосфера. Большая квартира из 30 комнат. Комнаты максимально маленькие, нет окон. В некоторых есть, но их нельзя открывать. Вещи деть некуда. В комнату помещается только стол и стул. Свет обычные "палки" световые. В комнатах разрешено курить, никто никогда не проветривает. Если комната не нравится, поменять нельзя.
Гигиена. Комнаты модели не убирают, да и в принципе уборка во всей студии ужасная. Пыль и грязь остаются на месте, смысла в мытье нет. В общем там все грязное, не приятное и вонючее.
Безопасность. Студия сливает ваши данные после увольнения, как и записи приватов.
График. Смены по 5 часов, НО обязательно работать 4 смены в неделю. Проработала месяц, умница, повышается количество смен до 6. Так как я не могла работать 6 дней в неделю, мне повысили рабочие часы с 5 до 10 в день. В итоге начали заставлять работать по 10 часов 5 дней в неделю. В один день мне стало плохо и я написала заранее за 12 часов админу об этом (время которое прописано в правилах). Мне ответили под утро: «Хорошо, выздоравливай». Вышла на смены, работаю, во время зп узнаю что у меня штраф за прогул. Я показала справку, сказали что нужно предупреждать за 12 часов, а не за 5 (потому что они позже ответили, а не я поздно написала, всем было плевать, меня оштрафовали).
Когда я заболела и у меня были справки на все эти дни, всем тоже было плевать. Сказали отрабатывать неделю штрафов чтобы получить зп, то есть 7 дней по 10 часов. После отработки этой недели, сказали отработать ещё одну штрафную неделю, я не выдержала, забила на зп в 40000₽ и ушла.
После ухода слили данные паспорта, номер телефона, фотки, видео, приваты.
