Оборудование в принципе неплохое, комнаты тоже, но на этом плюсы заканчиваются. По всей студии расставлены камеры со звуко и видеозаписью. Оунер прослушивает все разговоры и потом звонит. Если Вы модель - будьте готовы к звонкам от оунера и вопросам по заработку. Почему так мало? Нужно больше! И плевать, что Вы работаете без году неделя. Если Вы админ - бегите. Из Вас сделают оператора, администратора и козла отпущения в одном лице за 40 тыс в месяц, причём учить Вас никто не будет, а вот звонить и критиковать оунер будет постоянно. Никаких личных дел, даже если на студии уже нет моделей, сиди и симулируй деятельность. Оунер позволяет себе матом орать на админов, обсуждать их за глаза. По выплатам... просто треш.
