IMPORTANT My profile picture

Hi everyone, and I've been head scratching at this for the better part of a week. I wanted to change my profile photo and I knew from previous experience that it usually takes a while for it show up properly. Nothing has seemed to work recently. I've repeatedly re-uploaded, tried between .png and .jpg. (ok maybe repeat re-uploading could be bad), tried several times and sat back to wait a few hours. As I've been doing my best to scrub porn off my laptop when not looking at it, I've also tried to make sure the photo I want to upload is still stored locally when I try to upload it for about a day or so, but no dice.

Is there something obvious I'm missing or am I screwed as far as having a profile photo goes?

Does anyone know how to get the profile photos to appear? I've uploaded both in .jpg and .png (at 400x400)?

Any help would be appreciated.

Can anyone please tell me how the hell can I change my profile picture it had been weeks and it's useless I upload the picture and it's just no way it never works I have send the report to everyone and everywhere and it's useless as well so can I do thanks

Thank you very much amigo, and why could be some kind of a logical reason for such an a useless thing to do or it's just a Programming failure in the site, because if it's not that camwhores will never be at the top sites, profile picture it's one of the most important thing that's what makes your account or profile unique that what represents you, well anyway it's not the same shit with out my profile picture it doesn't feel like it used to be login in that much.
