IMPORTANT ERROR Uploads

Just a heads up, I had two videos that were in error that eventually went back to processing but then went back to being in error quickly and one of the videos is now missing/deleted. First time I have encountered this.

Edit: Never mind. The missing video is back.
 
Another related question. I upload a video once it gets "error". I upload it again, identical video, it get "error" . I up load it a third time, again identical video, and this time no error . this makes no sense
 
Welcome everyone. Here is the latest update from an admin about the current errors:

"We will have to wipe them unfortunately, they're broken"

Hi, Admins.
About 100 videos were processed with an error and then deleted altogether. I think, data about these files is stored in the database, I want to get a list of videos, to download again. It would help me. Там же просто надо сделать небольшой sql запрос :с пожалуйста :с
