What happens when two users independently record the same webcam show and then upload it to CamWhores?

In order for them to be recognized as duplicates, they'd need to clip it at the exact moment in time at both the start and end, with the same resolution, bitrate, and framerate selected. The chances of this happening are almost nonexistent.
It is only an issue when multiple people download the same file from a third party source.

I've had it before that it says this video is already uploaded and I've angrily gone on the hunt for the perpetrator only to find that I've already uploaded it myself.
Well, if you're getting the "already uploaded" message, either both of you downloaded the same file from somewhere and he uploaded it first, or you've got someone taking files right off of your hard drive. Every file has a unique identifier. That it what's used to determine if it's been uploaded before. If you are actually making the recordings yourself (as you should be), there is no problem.
If you both downloaded the same file, neither one of you should be uploading it unless you have consent from wherever you got it from. That's the issue I have with people uploading OF content. You neither made the video, nor do you have consent to use it. If you recorded a private show however, you made the video.

Is there some procedure for reporting people that reupload others content?
I posted about somebody who is clearly reuploading other peoples videos as you cna clearly see a camwhores watermark in multiple of the videos they posted.
I posted it in the members section under scammers ://camwhoresforum.com/forums/members.108/ . My post there contained all the evidence / links but now it is gone so I am wondering if I dod something wrong with how I posted it or if it got removed. I dod not gen any alerts or anything indicating my post was deleted. So now I am wondering if they are pehaps going to takre action against said person or if I did soemthing wrong.
Any clarification on this matter wouls be greatly appreciated.

Not sure if the mods are going to take action but at least I might be able to warn other people about said reuploader.

All these videos linked below clearly have camwhores.tv watermarks in the corner so they are clearly reuploads.
Also these videos are still on the site uploaded by other people well before palinchron2 did so it is not like he is reuploading videos that were taken downn.
Here are a few of the eamples of videos I linked above where you can see that he clearly reuploaded stuff since the examles linked below were uploaded before his videos and dont have watermarks in the preview images.
Also with this vodeo for example:
you can see that his video is 14:33 in length. But if you check the origional video on mv :
https://www.manyvids.com/Video/2066882/May-Heals-Bulbasaurs-Tentacle/ you cna clearly see that it is actually 14m26s in length.
So it is most likely just longer cause of the camwhores.tv previews still in the beginning pf the actual upload _ whatever other random stuff he may heve added to make his video seem better / more complete than it actually is.
