Ramoncete55 is another one who spams the uploads.
 
I aware that sometimes the upload button disappears to allow the queue to get worked through and help the moderators with there work flow

There was a thread posted on the 12th of April by another user about no upload button

Did the upload button come back and vanish again in between that time and I missed it or has it not returned since then

Any info would be appreciated and also if anyone knows when it may come back as of now
