I’ve always wondered, what happens if a model sees my video on camwhores and wants to take it down. Will the mods automatically delete it for me? Will my account get banned? Will I get in trouble considering I don’t use a VPN? So many questions…

If a model wants it taken down, they have to email DMCA@camwhores.tv
When it comes to actual deletion of the video, you do not personally have control over that anyway. It will be up to an admin to remove or unlink the content.

However, DMCA is US Copyright Law. It is only enforceable when it pertains to websites hosted in the US. While many other countries will comply with a takedown request, they are not forced to do so. camwhores.tv is not hosted in the US. Regardless of where it is currently hosted, in the past it has been hosted in Iceland, The Netherlands, Russia and other countries that are not particularly willing to spend their time chasing down such things.

I've always found it funny that a lot of Russian models try to invoke US Copyright law. If the US Copyright Office sends the Kremlin a takedown notice, do you really think they would take action?
